Chris Tiberio is a ceramics artist that has lived in New Orleans for nearly 15 years. He was inspired by the trees, mushrooms, and landscapes of Louisiana and Coastal Mississippi to create handbuilt ceramics inspired by the wild landscapes of the Gulf South. Each piece is thoughtfully crafted, celebrating the unique textures and forms found in nature. From smooth glazes to rugged edges, his pieces reflect the landscapes that inspire him. He blends clay and the natural textures of found objects like driftwood and oyster shells to create ceramics that bring the outdoors to each piece.
