Robin Corradino is a ceramic artist originally from the West Coast, now living and working in Richmond, VA. She graduated from Lewis & Clark College in Portland, Oregon, and went on to build her ceramics practice through hands-on studio work rather than formal art training. Working primarily on the wheel, she throws stoneware forms and finishes each piece with a signature white liner glaze paired with bright colors and and geometric patterns. Her palettes and forms are drawn from fresh mountain mornings, the colors tied to memorable moments, and the snacks shared along the trail, shaping tidbits of whimsy and joy into cups, bowls, and other everyday forms. Since relocating to Virginia, she has found new inspiration in the sweeping landscapes of the American South, from mountain ranges to swamps, and that shift in scenery has become a throughline in her recent color and glaze work. Her pieces are sold wholesale to boutiques and retailers across the country, as well as online and at a handful of local in-person events.
